Crumple is live
Our first game is a paper-plane dogfight for up to six. Put it on a TV, fly from your phones, and crumple everyone.
Paper Comets makes short, warm party games that look cut from paper. Crumple is the first one.
Up to six paper planes share one navy construction-paper sky and throw crumpled paper balls at each other. A hit crumples the other plane into a ball, and it unfolds and flies back two seconds later. Most hits in two minutes wins.
Open it on a TV and everyone joins from their phone: left thumb steers, right thumb throws. If you're alone, bots fill the empty seats, and anyone who presses Play lands in the same room.
The music and every sound were synthesized from code. There are no samples and no model, just a bouncy theme, a paper "fwip" for each throw and a very satisfying crunch for each hit.
Press Play and fold in.
